School Rules
Every Parent/Guardian and student will have to abide by the following rules and regulations of the school:
- Coming late to school and/or in improper uniform is not allowed.
- A student who is suffering from infectious disease should not come to school.
- A student is required to put in at least 75% attendance in a session, otherwise he/she may not be allowed to take his/her annual examination as per CBSE rules.
- As per CBSE norms, Minimum passing marks will be 33%  in each subject for class VI to X. As per pass criteria for class XI and XII, for subjects involving practical/ project work, in order to pass the examination, students have to obtain atleast 33% marks in theory and 33% marks in Practical/ Project/ Internal Assessment in addition to 33% marks in aggregate in each subject.
- Students securing 100% attendance in a session will be suitably awarded.
- The name of the student will be removed from the school rolls if he /she remains in the same class for two consecutive years.
- The school reserves the right to refuse continuation to any student in the next academic session if it is convinced that such continuation may adversely affect the academic atmosphere of the school or may create a law and order problem.
- Parent/Guardians are not allowed to visit their wards during school hours. In case of an emergency, prior permission has to be obtained from the Principal .
- Transfer Certificate and Duplicate Marksheet will be issued on payment of RS. 300/-.
- Student’s diary shall be issued on payment of Rs 50/- in case it gets lost.
- Student who come to the school on their own should arrive at school before the assembly.
- The morning bell before a class or assembly is a signal for all to reach the assembly ground or to their respective classrooms.
- Changing classrooms between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
- Shouting or whistling is not allowed in the school premises.
- Littering is strictly forbidden.
- Care must be taken of all the school property and no student should scratch or spoil the desks or charts or damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or on any school furniture, or in any way damage others belongings. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher. Vandalism and willful damage will invite disciplinary action.
- No books (other than text books or library books), magazines or papers should be brought to the school without the permission of the Principal/Â Head Mistress.
- Lending or borrowing of money and other articles is not permitted.
- Carrying mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets to school is strictly prohibited.
- Strict action will be taken against students found using unfair means during tests and examinations.
- Students will be allowed to use the telephone facility with the permission of the relevant authority.
- For any unforeseen circumstance, if student misses a term exam, it would be the discretion on the Principal to grant leave.
- Parents must inform the Principal/School Office, if a child is absent for a periodic test or exam on the same day, followed by the right documents.
LEAVE RULES
- No student should keep himself/herself absent from class except due to genuine reasons. A leave application duly signed by the Parent/Guardian  should be sent to the school well in time. Late  application may be rejected.
- If a student is absent on the day of the re-opening of the school after vacation (winter and summer), a fine of Rs 100/- will be imposed on him/her.
- Absence without leave application for 07 consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
- No leave of absence except for illness will be granted unless applied for in writing and in advance.
FEE RULES
- Fee should be deposited from 1st to 15th of every month of the fee calendar, as specified in fee booklet, collected by the Union Bank of India, Aligarh.
- If the fee is not deposited on or before the 15th of every month a fine of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged as late fee.
- If the student fails to deposit the fee on or before 7th of next month he/she will not be allowed to attend the classes after 15th.
- If the student fails to deposit the fee of the last two months with fine by 7th of third month the name of the student will be removed.
- Re- admission will be given only on the discretion of the Principal after clearing all the dues. (Including late payment)
- Parents/ Guardians have the option to deposit the fee in advance.
- Students joining the school in the middle of the session (as transfer case) will have to pay the fee for the whole year.
- Admission fee and all other charges will not be refunded if the student discontinues.
- In case of cancellation of admission within one month of admission, 50% of the amount deposited will be refunded.
- The caution money may however be refunded on receiving a written request along with the caution money card and within thirty days from the issuing date of transfer certificate through e-payment.
- Non payment of fee may debar a student from appearing in examination. Report card and Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all the dues are cleared.
- Kindly fill the Fee Receipt Booklet with the correct name, class, section and date in clear letters. If it is filled wrong, the fee will be deposited in wrong account for which parent will be held responsible.
- A duplicate fee booklet shall be issued only on payment of Rs. 50/- in case it gets lost.
- Fee Deposition through electronic means/ Demand draft will be preferred.
WITHDRAWALS
Application for Transfer Certificate (TC) and Marksheet in duplicate should be made by the Parents/Guardian of the student at least a week in advance in order to avoid inconvenience. Â
If the child has used the transport for 3 or 4 days then he/she is liable to pay for the whole month.
TERMINATION
A student may be expelled from the school on any one of the following grounds:Â
(a)Â Â Immorality
(b)Â Â Disrespect towards Staff /Guests.
(c)  Defiance of school rules.
(d)Â Â Damage to school property.
(e)Â Poor performance in tests/ examination.
(f)Â Â Dishonesty.
(g)Â Absence from school without application.
(h)Â Non-payment of dues.
(i)Â Â Using unfair means in the tests/ examinations.
(j)Â Â Misbehavior with other students.

AWARDS FOR MERIT
- A Scholar’s Badge is awarded for academic excellence (Std. III to XII) for having          secured 91% and above in cumulative result for the session.  Â
- A Special Badgeis awarded for having received Scholar’s Badges for 3 consecutive years.
Note:-The School authorities reserve the right to amend, cancel or relax any rule in the interest of the school without assigning any reason.
