Documents Required
Applicants selected for admission must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with the
application form:
1. Date of Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam/Gram Panchayat (Photocopy)
2. Previous examination mark sheet (Photocopy)
3. Receipt of registration fee (Original)
4. Two passport-sized photographs
5. Original Transfer Certificate
6. Aadhaar Card of the Student (Photocopy)
7. PEN of UDISE.
Verification
Photocopies of the certificates will be cross-verified with the original documents during the admission process.
Note: Once admitted, neither the name nor the age of the student can be changed under any circumstances.
